The support section allows for users to request support from the community and staff members with problems they may come across on the server. Make sure to fill out the template like any other request kind of category.
Staff members will make sure to constantly check this sub category so that everyone gets the support that they need. Used for both staff only questions and or just small questions about the server etc.

So basically what happens is I’m not able to access chests in someones claim is this a bug?
